Terms & Conditions
Occupancy & Visitors Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the residence at any time. Daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted unless they are included in the total guest count at the time of booking. If you plan to have visitors at any point during your stay, they must be included as guests on the reservation. Example: If four guests are staying overnight and two additional guests will visit during the day, the reservation must be made for six guests. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and additional fees, as permitted by Airbnb policy. Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the residence or common areas, including balconies/patios (if applicable). A $1,000 fine will be charged for any evidence of smoking (including smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burn marks, or tampering with smoke detectors), plus any additional costs required for remediation, deodorization, or damage repair. Third-Party Services Guests may not schedule or allow third-party service providers (including but not limited to cleaners, chefs, massage therapists, tour operators, grocery delivery services, or similar vendors) onto the property without prior written approval from the host. Maintenance & Emergency Access As this is a short-term lodging accommodation, the host or authorized service providers may access the residence as necessary for emergency repairs, safety concerns, or to prevent damage, which may occur without advance notice where permitted by law. For non-emergency maintenance, reasonable notice will be provided whenever practicable and in compliance with applicable state and local laws. Enforcement These rules are strictly enforced and are intended to maintain a quiet, secure, and well-managed environment for all residents and guests.

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund
